I am hugely grateful to Geeks on Wheels for their help. Fantastic from the first moment of speaking to Lisa on the phone, to my appointment with Adam to sort out our total loss of WiFi round the house - due originally to Virgin problems in the street and we couldn’t get back online even after a few days. Everyone was super helpful, patient, kind and clever. It’s so great to feel supported in the IT space as it’s very very frustrating when you don’t know what’s going on! Adam was brilliant and I asked him lots of other IT questions, and I will definitely use Geeks on Wheels again.

Great experience with GoW today - seeking support with home network diagnosed the issue and offered a practical and cost effective alternative to relaying a whole section of cable. I was So impressed by the GOW team. From Lisa on the bookings line to Csaba who attended onsite. He was extremely knowledgable and professional and we were working to a very last minute timeline, which they all pulled together to meet. Pricing is also very competitive and fair.

Just a fabulous team that gets the job done! Had to re-contact them for a virtual session today due to AI completely messing up my business account. I could book a session same day, they took me from a high stress level to happiness and calmness - efficient, friendly, focused on resolving the issue quickly. Just brilliant, nothing more I can add. I was initially hesitant to pay £120 for the first visit, but I’m so glad I chose Geek on the Wheel. Adam was absolutely 5-star from start to finish. During the visit, he made a short video of the setup and took it back to the office to discuss with his colleagues, so they could come up with the best possible solution. He then came back with a better and cheaper option than expected — and managed to connect the Wi-Fi to our summer house without any drilling. What really stood out was how focused they were on finding the simplest and most effective solution, rather than pushing unnecessary work. Honest, practical, and very customer-focused. Top service. I’m genuinely very happy I picked them and would highly recommend them.

I had a 20 minute conversation with Csaba yesterday and the problem I had (the sudden 'apparent loss' of my 'Documents' yesterday morning and one or two other questions to do with Macafee) were sorted out quickly and efficiently. As someone who is not particularly computer literate (I am in my late 70's, so I grew up long before computers were part of everyday Life and de rigeur), it is a great reassurance to be able to turn to 'Geeks on Wheels' in one's hour of need. “Adam was pleasant and efficient on our home visit to reinstall my desktop and gave clear explanations. He did everything I had on my list. I would ask for him again. Prior to the visit, there was a little admin confusion about whether we were picking up our computer or had booked a home visit, but this was easily sorted.
